Enrico Chivaldori has given you a letter to present to Miguel Cordona of the Arulcan rebels, who are hiding somewhere in Omerta.
This quest is the first quest of Jagged Alliance 2. It sets the stage for the rest of the game and must be completed if you wish to recruit any of the local rebel force.

Sector A9[]
After killing Deidranna's forces in the sector, speak to the little boy Pacos who you will see wandering around in the street, and follow him to a nearby house when he runs away. Inside you will find his mother Fatima. Speak to her, and hand her Enrico's letter. She will decide you are trustworthy and lead you to the rebel hideout in the next sector.
Sector A10[]
Fatima leads you to a man named Dimitri, who is guarding the rebel hideout. You will be automatically taken downstairs to meet the rebels. When Miguel appears, Fatima will hand him letter, setting the rest of the scene, which introduces you to the country's predicament.
During Miguel's speech, one of your mercs will speak a special line of dialogue, usually words of confidence or determination about the mission ahead. The special dialogue is listed here.
