Quest Location - Prison (D15 Map2)
Quest Finish Point - Prison (D15 Map2)
Talk to him to get this quest, meaning you have already unlocked his cell, then it's a quest complete. If your completing the Prison Break quest then you will have to talk to him about that first. if you have done these 2 quests he will give you a third to break shank out, once this is done, Dynamo can join your team.
